This company was fantastic from start to finish! They responded to my request promptly and sent a technician to my place right away. He was very prompt, very courteous, personable, and repaired my refrigerator that is not cooling so quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond throughout the entire service. Smooth process, professional people, and fairly priced. I was blessed that the service technician was able to arrive within a minute. He was fast when he fixed my Sub Zero wine cooler that was not cooling. His work was well-organized and I knew already that he's truly knowledgeable about the repair. His work took an hour and I was surprised by the quality. It was a perfect repair. Five-star service!
