That's the best evidence I know that problems which they link to the past are being resolved.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I understood that the most satisfying work I've done in my life was essentially about service to others and the development of relationship. That is the heart of this work.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
One way is that I return calls within 24 hours, and make a maximum effort to return calls same day or actually answer in person (though never while I am working with a client.) If you call five therapists, and leave a voice mail, you will discover that few if any will meet that standard. I believe in responsiveness as a fundamental question of professional ethics.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I now have one office, with no plans to expand.
