I worked as an operator for several years, then I was promoted to Manager, so I managed this company for 6 year, then in 1999 I purchased the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because I actually answer the phones with my operators, and hire out for accounting and Office work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only 1 location, yes planning to expand in a couple years, I have not decided on a location as of yet. However we do handle calls Nation Wide now.
