I was called to this level of ministry against home improvement fraud in the U.S. at the beginning of 2010. However, I have always been interested in doing something like this. Just the matter of time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Primarily, with respect to networks of this nature, HGRB Services is the only which is privately held which has nearly a 100% rating in offering free data and life-time support.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are listed as having three locations: Shoreline, Seattle, and Burien. This is because we started the website from the first location, moved to the second, then finally to the third. However, we do not have any specific business location other than online. We only maintain a mailing address in Burien.

We accept no direct payments except through online intermediaries.
