Randy with Ace-1 Construction (aka Ace Construction, aka A M Concrete Specialties) is a joke. He admitted that they have a complaint against them in the past, and I should have heeded that more. They felled (3) trees and repaired our concrete foundation, and in the process sent a tree trunk through our fence/neighbor's fence, blaming it on the fact that the "fence was rotten." I have an email proving that he said this. They then proceeded to drop, cut up and roll the tree rounds through our neighbor's yard out onto the street. In the process, they completely scarred up our yard. There are bald patches that will never heal. In response, Randy again deflects blame, stating "your yard was somewhat lumpy to begin with." Randy and his crew were consistently late, didn't complete the project in the timeline promised, completely embarassed us to our neighbors, and damaged our gutters in cleaning our roof.
