How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2008
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary focus is barbecue, prepared Southern style
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been interested in this business since the age of six, as a boy from Mobile, AL
I have always been fascinated with food preparation and service as well as having a degree in culinary arts from the United States Army
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our preparation and cooking methods are quite different from our competitors in the fact that we season and smoke our products using a time tested recipe developed by my grandfather a first generation pitmaster
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time we are a catering establishment but we do have plans to open a restaurant in the future

Our daily operations are run by our Executive Chef, Micheal July
What are your hours of operation?
We are usually open 7 days a week, from 8 am to 9 pm and some holidays
