The Women's Funding Alliance (WFA) is the leading progressive grantmaker in Washington State investing in and advocating for women and girls. WFA's work is done in 3 ways: 1) making high-impact grants, 2) being a voice for women and girls 3) engaging and motivating individuals and other funders to invest in women and girls. We primarily focus our granting in the areas of Economic Justice and Community and Civic Engagement and Leadership Development. We fund progressive, community-based organizations that address the root causes of problems affecting women's and girls' well-being. We amplify issues impacting women and girls and promote solutions to the challenges they face. We engage and influence a broad network of partners to advance and fund positive change.
