How long have you been in business?
Glendale has been in business since 1938, but has been in our family since 1951. We are a third generation family business and strive to meet your needs while maintaining the highest level of courtesy and customer service.
What is your primary product or service?
Glendale is a full service heating and air conditioning company, and also a heating oil dealer. We have a full sheet metal shop for custom duct work fabrication. Our service department handles oil, gas, and electric forced air furnaces, and hydronic boilers, as well as air conditioning and heat pumps.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are just North of SeaTac Airport. If coming from 1-5, get on SR-518 and take the Des Moines Memorial Drive exit (the exit after the SeaTac Airport). Go right at the bottom of the exit and stay on Des Moines Memorial Drive through three stoplights. After the third stoplight (S. 128th Street) we are on the right hand side in the middle of the next block.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover and have billing accounts available on approval of credit.
Which areas do you service?
We cover greater King County.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm and during the colder months (October to April) we also have Saturday office hours from 8am to 2pm.
