How long have you been in business?
Coming up on 25 years. We've been roasting coffee for some time here in Seattle and pride ourselves in providing quality coffee all these years in a small family-owned roastery.
What is your primary product or service?
Coffee is our primary product. We have just launched a new tea line too. Our services run from helping customers choice the perfect cup along with our hotel and restaurant customers who we work with to create a perfect coffee program including set up and ongoing equipment service to ensure our coffee is brewed to perfection.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was 21 when I started in the business after college. My love of coffee and started 25 years ago, when coffee wasn’t as popular as it is today. It was exciting to be part of the coffee community and to see how it has grown.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
All of our coffees are roasted to order to ensure that our customers receive their coffee at its peak flavor. Our roast intonation is consistent and brings out the best flavors of each coffee we roast.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two coffee bars, one just opened in Bellevue last month. Our coffees are also served in restaurants and hotels throughout the country. To name a few: The Watergate Hotel, The Peninsula Hotels, The Wynn Resort, The Phoenician , St. Regis Hotels, Plaza Athenee, NYC, W Hotels, Seaborn Cruise Line.
