What is your primary product or service?
Endelman & Associates PLLC is an architecture firm which specializes in Accessibility Consulting - ADA / Fair Housing Act / Building Code compliance. We do plan reviews, compliance surveys, construction observation and expert witness services for developers, architects, owners, public entities and attorneys.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As an architect working for Security Pacific Bank WA, the ADA got passed and I was responsible for assessing and bringing 175 branch banks into compliance.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First, most ADA consulting businesses are one person firms, and we have 5 people and do work nationally. Few firms specializing in Fair Housing Act compliance for multi-unit housing as we do. Our orientation is a risk management approach with high customer service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
2 - Seattle and Scottsdale. We likely will not expand geographically.

From I-5 South, exit at Union St and we are two blocks west at 5th and Union - 500 Union St. From I-5 North, exit at Seneca St, making a right turn on 6th Ave. Make a left is a couple of blocks on union, and we are between 5th and 6th Ave.

Which areas do you service?
Primarily Califonria, Washington, Oregon and Western US, with a good deal of work in the Southeast. Less on East coast.
