The Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) serves chronically homeless men and women living with mental illness, addictive disorders, and other disabilities. Through outreach, emergency shelter, supportive housing and state-licensed clinical services, DESC helps the most vulnerable members of our community reclaim their lives and reach their highest potential. Collaboration with other providers and innovative programs deliver quality services that save tax-payer dollars and end homelessness.
