The BDDTF is a non-profit 501c3 organization, founded by Rev. Dr. Robert L. Jeffrey, Sr. in 1988, whose mission is to promote the principle of self-help and self-sufficiency through economic prosperity and to foster community economic empowerment. All programs and projects are created for that purpose.
