How long have you been in business?
Since June 2011.
What is your primary product or service?
Guided tours throughout the Pacific Northwest.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
From traveling all over the world and taking various tours, with tour guides. After many years of traveling I realized the value of knowledgeable, local guides. I've taken courses and volunteer with Seattle Architecture Foundation for additional training.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Cheryl's Northwest Tours LLC focuses on our local, regional area, and highlight local history, heritage, and festivals throughout the Pacific Northwest.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are based out of Seattle and intend to grow to have offices also based out of Wenatchee, Spokane, and Portland.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Which areas do you service?
Our current pick up locations for tours vary, and include Seattle, Bellevue, Federal Way, and Everett.

What are your hours of operation?
7 days a week, 8:00am - 9:00pm.
